The Occupied Home Staging Consultation is intended to provide you with everything you need to know before putting your house on the market.

With our expertise in what makes homes sell, we will be using a Top Priority Checklist to make note of everything that needs to be done in order to get your house on a buyer’s “must-see” list. We will provide recommendations for improvements that make your house look designed and ready for impeccable photos and showings, as well as yield a high return.
This service is designed for the DIY and will give you all the objective, expert advice you need to do the staging work yourself. A consultation is the cheapest thing you can do to aid in the sale of your home. It will save you time, headaches, and possibly thousands of dollars on a successful sale!

Designed for those outside our service area, or those looking for a different consultation style, try our virtual consultation!
The process is the same as our regular consultation, with the only difference being that we view your home on a video call instead of visiting in-person.

Luckily, we offer this service to come back and wrap up the finishing touches with you. Your home will look photo-ready and styled to ensure your pictures look perfect.
